Abstract

En el presente artículo se analiza la evolución de la protección de los derechos fundamentales de las mujeres. Se iniciará examinando las razones que han conducido a una discriminación de carácter histórico en su contra, y, posteriormente, se analizarán las medidas que, progresivamente, se han introducido en el ámbito estatal e internacional con la finalidad de incentivar un trato igualitario respecto de los hombres.
